After nearly two decades of faithful service, Thirty Seconds to Mars‘ lead guitarist and multi-instrumentalist Tomo Miličević has confirmed his departure from the alternative rock powerhouse led by brothers Jared and Shannon Leto.
The band had originally announced back in March that Miličević would be taking a break from performing with Thirty Seconds to Mars to “deal with personal matters,” and unfortunately, the break now appears to be a permanent one.
Things do seem amicable between Miličević and his former bandmates, as the guitarist released a statement today praising the experiences he’s had with the band and the brothers Leto, and encouraging fans to continue to support his former comrades.
