For the third straight year, rapper 21 Savage is set to make a difference in hundreds of students’ lives. This weekend, Savage hosts his annual Issa Back 2 School Drive near Atlanta’s Glenwood Road, a stone’s throw from where Savage himself grew up.
A co-production with his recently launched Leading By Example Foundation, it’s merely the latest in a long-line of Savage’s philanthropic efforts. Additionally, this month Savage has donated $10,000 to Atlanta’s Continental Colony Elementary School at the LIFE Community Development Corporation event in efforts to aid their Anti-Bullying Campaign.
This being the third year that Savage is helping the children, it should come as no surprise how well-rounded his fund-raising efforts have been. Along with the aforementioned anti-bullying efforts, Savage has contributed his own money as well a raised money to benefit childhood education, educational resources on mental health, and school supplies.
Issa thoughtful impactful gesture!
