Go 96.3 is kicking off August with a Go Show featuring quirky global indie-pop collective Superorganism and moody indie-folk duo Flora Cash at Minneapolis’ iconic rock club First Avenue on 8/3! Check out our FAQ below to find out all the info you need to know before you arrive!

Where is the First Avenue and where do I park?
First Avenue is located at the corner of 7th Street and First Avenue in Downtown Minneapolis at 701 N 1st Ave. Multiple parking ramps and lots are available nearby.

What time does the show start?
Doors will open for our Go Show at 7:00pm and music will start at shortly after that.

What time do the bands play?
Set times will be announced soon on our social media pages!

How old do I have to be?
This is an 18+ show. According to First Avenue: “Underage persons can only attend age-limited events at First Avenue or the 7th St Entry if they are accompanied by their own parent, or legal guardian in addition to proof of guardianship. A ticket is required for all persons 2 years of age or older.”

Can I bring my digital camera or video camera?
Digital and video recordings of our Go Show will require prior approval from Go Radio, and as such, DSLR cameras with removable lenses and all video cameras are prohibited without relevant credentials.

Will this be a cash-only event?
Cash and all major credit cards will be accepted at First Avenue. Several will be ATMs located on the premises.

Will food be available at the show?
First Avenue serves a small amount of snacks at their bar on the left side of the stage, and The Depot Tavern is First Avenue’s on-site, full service restaurant and bar located just around the corner from First Avenue’s main door along 7th Street.

Is First Avenue handicap-accessible?
 Wheelchair access will be available for Go Show patrons. Contact First Avenue in the office Monday through Friday 11:00am – 7:00pm at 612.338.8388 or email about making necessary accommodations.

Can I buy band merchandise at this Go Show?
Select bands will be selling merchandise in First Avenue’s designated merch area, located to the right of the stage.

Will venue re-entry be allowed?
Re-entry will is allowed at the discretion of First Avenue Staff.

Is smoking allowed?
The First Avebye allows smoking in a designated area outside of their venue, but please be mindful of those around you and please dispose of you butts safely.

Can I bring my backpack or check my jacket?
First offers free bag-check! According to First Avenue: “You may bring a small bag with you to most of our shows. This policy may change depending on the performer or at the discretion of management. Large bags, including messenger bags and backpacks, must be left at coat check. All bags may be checked for free.”
