Legendary rapper, actor and First Amendment activist Ice-T was arrested this morning on the way to the set of his long-running hit NBC show Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

We’re serious.

The hip-hop pioneer was pulled over for fare evasion on the New York-New Jersey George Washington Bridge this morning and additionally ticketed for driving an unregistered vehicle.

TV’s “Sergeant Tutuola” was reportedly held-up for a full half-hour but still made it to set. His comments on the matter can’t be printed here, but you can probably guess what they were without clicking.
