Jordan’s Pizza Review this week features a budget-friendly ‘za that will shakes you out of your marinara malaise. It’s Bellatoria’s Ultra Thin Crust Garlic Chicken Alfredo!

Billing itself as an ultra-thin, authentic Italian style pie, this Bellatoria’s sauce and toppings mimic Chicken Alfredo pasta for a creamier vibe. Since this is a bit of a controversial choice for some pizza-traditionalists, we took a poll around the office about whether non-red sauce pies are authentic enough to be called a pizza!
