As if we weren’t excited enough for GoFest ’18 (WHICH IS LESS THAN TWO WEEKS AWAY GUYS), our GoFest headliners AWOLNation just released this incredible acoustic version of their Here Come the Runts hit “Handyman,” and now we’re feeling all the feels.

While the studio version of “Handyman” already contains a prominent acoustic guitar part, this new version strips away the drums and additional production in favor of an organic, homespun style that feels like a slightly polished living room recording. The intimate treatment also extends to AWOLNation mastermind Aaron Bruno‘s vocals, which are devoid of any studio trickery and achingly vulnerable.

The gorgeous video for the acoustic “Handyman” was shot at the band’s ad-hoc studio and home in California, and its black-and-white simplicity is a perfect fit for the song.
