As if you needed more evidence that Josh Dun and Tyler Joseph from Twenty One Pilots are Certified Good Dudes, look no further than this heartwarming piece of local news from our neighbors in the southerly Midwest, St. Louis. That’s where Twenty One Pilots were slated to play last Friday, but before the show, they stopped by Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital to surprise some of their sick fans.

Their visit was inspired by the work of one of the hospital’s musical therapists, who helped create a video of the hospital’s staff and patients singing an especially touching cover of TØP’s version of “Can’t Help Falling In Love.”

Tyler busted out a uke to perform “We Don’t Believe What’s On TV” for the kiddoes, and both boys spent time snapping photos and talking with their fans. Speaking of which, could somebody grab me a box of tissues? Is it getting dusty for anybody else in here, or is it just me?
