Celebrities – they’re just like us! But while most of opt to use the fullest extent of our powers to play a Radiohead song on the jukebox at our favorite bar, Hollywood A-Lister and Radiohead superfan Edward Norton put in a special request for an original Thom Yorke song for his new movie Motherless Brooklyn!

As an added value bonus for the lucky actor, Thom enlisted Red Hot Chili Peppers‘ bass-master Flea for the new track, “Daily Battles!”

Norton told Rolling Stone:

“I wanted Thom to write an old-world melancholy ballad, and I wanted his voice to be the properties for [Norton’s character] Lionel’s voice.”

Motherless Brooklyn hits theaters November 1.
