In perhaps the most Chicago thing that has ever happened, beloved hip-hop artist and Chicago’s favorite son Chance the Rapper stopped by Chicago’s favorite channel, superstation WGN, to deliver the day’s weather. This is a thing that actually happened, and it is wonderful.
Showing he has skills to fall back on if the whole biggest-new-artist-in-hip-hop thing doesn’t work out, Chance the Weatherman delivered the goods with a keen eye for what is and isn’t in Illinois, and the unique distinctions of snowflakes’ genetic make-up.
Chance also discussed his local charity work, namely now much money he’s raised for Chicago’s public schools. Here’s hoping the forecast calls for more Chance Christmas music under our tree this year.
